No. You set up the Project once, the instructions and your files stay saved permanently. After that, you only type a short request (like "Generate Week 3, Physics, SS2," or "Third term, Basic Science, JSS1 exam") whenever you need a new document.

Claude asks you to clarify rather than guessing. For example, "Third term, Physics, SS2" alone is ambiguous, since it has no Week number to signal a lesson note and no "exam" or "revision" keyword either. Adding either makes it unambiguous.

One Project still covers all of them. On the Resources page, tick every subject and class you teach and download each Scheme of Work file, then upload all of them to the same Project. Just always state the Subject and Class in your request so Claude knows which uploaded file to use.

No. The setup page and Resources page both have a picker: choose your class, tick the subject(s) you teach, and download just those files. A handful of subjects (mostly SS3) genuinely only have First and Second Term entries in the source document, the picker marks this on the file itself so it's not mistaken for a missing download.

Common naming differences are handled automatically, e.g. "Agric" for "Agricultural Science," "PHE" for "Physical and Health Education," "Civic Education" for "Citizenship and Heritage Studies," and several others. If your subject still doesn't confidently match anything in the scheme, Claude lists the closest candidates and asks you to confirm rather than guessing.

Nothing breaks. Just reply in the same chat with feedback, e.g. "Redo Section A" or "Make the theory harder", or simply run the same request again for a fresh version, since question selection and phrasing vary every time.

Yes. Yoruba content is generated entirely in pure Yoruba, with full tonal diacritical marks (àáèéìíòóùú, etc.). Arabic is generated entirely in full Arabic script. Both fall back to an uploaded e-note or online research, since the Scheme of Work doesn't cover them.

The output is a properly structured, curriculum-aligned document, built from your own official Scheme of Work, the same content expected of every teacher, just produced faster and more consistently. It strengthens documentation standards rather than replacing the teacher's role: the teacher still checks the result and delivers the lesson or exam.

If the e-note simply goes into more depth within the same broad topic (e.g. the scheme says "Sequences and Series," the e-note adds "Geometric Sequences"), it's treated as enrichment and included automatically, no flag. If the e-note is about a genuinely different topic, Claude still follows the scheme, since it's authoritative, and flags the mismatch in its reply so you know why.

For a Lesson Note request, Claude stops and asks how you'd like to proceed rather than generating something automatically. For an exam or revision file, that week is simply excluded from the topic list, no need to ask.

No, they're optional. The Scheme of Work alone is enough for Claude to produce a complete, accurate document, researching whatever it needs to fill in. Uploaded e-notes and textbooks simply take priority as sources when they cover a topic, and Claude only turns to its own research to fill what they don't cover.

An exam produces two files: a 70-mark question paper and a separate marking guide. For Third Term requests it blends content from all three terms. A revision file produces one self-study document (summary notes and answered practice questions) and always uses 100% of the single requested term, even for a "Third Term" revision file.

No, those classes don't sit a Third Term exam, so the Scheme of Work won't have Third Term exam content to draw on for them. First and Second Term exams work as normal.

No, Claude varies question selection, angle and phrasing on every generation, even for a repeated request.

No, the term is optional. If you leave it out, Claude works out which term contains the week number you asked for by checking the Scheme of Work.

It reads the subject automatically: Mathematics and English Language always get 4 periods a week, and every other subject gets 3.

Each strand (Grammar, Reading & Comprehension, and so on) maps to one period. Since English always gets 4 periods, if a week lists more than 4 strands, Claude merges the two most closely related ones into a single period and notes which ones it merged.

Claude checks your state's official school calendar. If a break falls on the Thursday to Friday of the requested week, the lesson week is adjusted to Monday to Wednesday and the break is noted in the header. If the whole week is a break, Claude re-maps to the next teaching week and lets you know.
